Lincoln Park Children and Families Collaborative (LPCFC) was selected to contract with the Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Minnesota to participate in the Health POWER (People Organizing and Working for Equitable Results) funding initiative. This initiative supported community driven solutions to reduce health inequities. LPCFC canvased the Lincoln Park neighborhood in 2020. The suvey results can be accessed below. As part of this work we built the Rise to Health Power Coalition. The Rise to Health Power Coaltion hosts a monthly Grocery Give Away event. This event is currently funded by the Ordean Foundation.
